Highly satisfied doesn't even begin to describe the work this shop does. He created a beautiful one carat sapphire and diamond ring out of an old ring laying around and my daughters birthstone! It's beautiful and tailored to my needs to make my little 5 year old daughter a pink and diamond heart necklace with silver that she is going to absolutely love for Christmas. I won't take my business elsewhere the service is so friendly and it's high quality work for little wait time you will not be disappointed
I had 3 watches needing batteries, including one that was 30 years old. He had all the batteries replaced in a reasonable time. He also took time to answer questions I had about the jewelry on display and about the possibility of having something custom made for me. I know where to send my husband for my birthday and anniversary coming up.
This is a great store, had watch battery replace and waited a very short time. The place is neat and organized. Had a good experience.
Had two items in need of repair...the first was fairly easy as it was a metal watchband that needed resizing. Steven did a great job and saved me the extra link "just in case". The second item I had was a necklace my children had gotten for me when they went to France, it was an unusual chain that didn't have your traditional style links, it had broken and needed to be re-soldered. He did an amazing job in that you cant even tell where the repair was done! He did this not only well but at a reasonable rate and very quickly (I had it back in a day or two). I would highly recommend bringing your jewelry that needs TLC to him!
