This place is a ripoff. High price and Big ripoff. They buy stolen jewelry and they know how to beat the system. I'm not sure why HP has not shut them down along with Simon Jewelry. Don't buy expensive jewelry from a Pawn Shop. If it is stolen and the owner can prove it, then you are out the money. Oh wait I forgot an ex-employee told me he off loads this stuff in Chicago.
The man tried to say items that I already had checked at multiple places and were clearly marked 14k were only really 10k
I have been going to this store for years. Teresa and Greg are awesome. They are kind, knowledgeable, and care about their customers. Don’t go to those retailers when you can get the same for less at this place
Bought several pieces of jewelry. My wife went to buy a earring back and was met by the owner saying he didn't want her business. She was shocked, upset and rightfully so. She said he was upset about us not selling our jewelry to him for a little of nothing and she said why would she do that when he had the same piece in the glass for 850? He then insulted her by saying that she didn't pay that for it as if because she is a black female she couldn't afford it. No class and racist. Management is trash and he refused to service her ring even though it was claimed to be under lifetime warranty. If you don't want to be disrespected by a racist trashy unprofessional business then stay clear. Even the staff was in disbelief at the disrespect, this man is appalling. I'll make sure to never refer anyone here again. Stay Clear do not Spend Your Money Here!
First I would like to compliment where applicable. The store is large and full of happy faces . The decor is nice comfortable and inviting. The sales associates and jeweler are kind and eager to help . However , the owner is much like the angry old man next door yelling “keep off my lawn” . I had a bad experience here in 2014 . I put a ring on layaway (costing 2000) with my ex-husband, before we paid it full we decided to divorce . Being a young single mother I was distraught (obviously) . I went into the store to ask them if I could possibly use the money I had already paid toward the item costing around the amount I had already put down (less than 1000 I think ) as I knew I couldn’t get a refund . They told me no I could pay the whole 2000 and pick another item or loose my money . Being upset by this obvious injustice I told them I would contact my attorney. I did not cause a scene or run off Customers. FAST FORWARD to today ..Wholesale jewelry is mainly known for their same day jewelry repair and being that I just got engaged I wanted a quick turn around . I decided to suck it up and chalk it up to me being young and dumb and signing a contract I should have never signed. I brought my ring in for repair and shopped for a enhancement band and talked to an associate about having a custom piece made . When I picked up my ring I talked shop a little more with the woman paid for my repair and was about to leave when the owner came up to me asking me questions. I was quickly , loudly and RUDELY informed I wasn’t allowed back or I would be arrested and that my attorney I threatened them with could contact him . Honestly I’m more just surprised at the behavior of a grown man. It’s hard for me to imagine someone with such immaturity running a business. For that reason alone I would not recommend this store anyone. This situation is regrettable and could’ve been avoided by both parties. I am both shocked and appalled by this . In hindsight I should have remembered “once a snake bites you don’t stick your hand back in the cage “ .
