Take your business elsewhere. Customer service is terrible. Had a blouse with nail polish on it. It took 2 weeks to get back. They were unable to get it out, but, nonetheless proceeded to dry clean a damaged garment that was worthless and charged me $12 for it. They said nothing when I picked it up and gladly took my $12. I discovered it when I got home. Went back to the store and asked why didn't you call me first. No logical explanation and no refund. In the past all other cleaners I dealt with would return the garment to me, uncleared and with no charge, and inform me that they were unsuccessful in removing the stains. Not these guys. Take your business elsewhere. It will likely be cheaper. $12 for a blouse? You've got to be kidding!
Great place with extremely nice people. Especially the girls in the front. They do great work and they do comforters, drapes, banners, alterations, and Great job on clothes
I personally have not used the self serve laundry mat at this business so I can not offer a review for that but I did take some of my clothing to them to be dry cleaned. This place is extremely disgusting. If I could give 0 stars I would. When I walked in to pick up my items that I had dropped off for cleaning, the employee was smoking a cigarette behind the counter. Upon entering my car with my items, I noticed they reeked of cigarette stench as well. First and last time using this business.
They have lost numerous buttons at this cleaners. I have lost buttons the size of dimes to the size of frisbees and they have never been able to locate any of them. They also don't seem to concerned on finding them at all. We have also received ripped clothes back. Don't expect anything different as this has happened more than once.
