I've been coming to this cleaners for a few years now and I've gotten nothing but fantastic service. The few times that my clothes came back not to my satisfaction they redid them for me free of charge. If for some reason they damage your clothing they will give you a refund either via check or as store credit. They are a good bunch of people and they will make things right with you if you give them a chance.
No starch was used. I go to put on a shirt this morning and there is an oil spot on my sleeve. I also had to wait on one of my shirts because they could not get it right. My dress pants I asked for basic clean I look at my pants this morning and they have had an iron put on them and scorched my brand new dress pants that already have a permanent crease with pleats. My wife asked the lady about it and said that they could not even refund my money. VERY UNHAPPY. CANNOT BELIEVE THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS THIS LONG LIKE THAT. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. 120 DOLLARS WORTH OF CLOTHES RUINED.
I have used this cleaners for years. They do an excellent job of dry cleaning. And their alterations lady is just perfect!
