Poor customer service, very rude. No one says hello or even tried to look friendly. I took some clothes there and asked if I could get it back the same day, the lady said "No" because I had come too late in the day for it to be done that day. Fair enough, so I said thank you and started to put my items back in the bag. Then the woman snatches them from me and said to come back later that day. Why did she tell me "no" in the first place? I won't go in there ever again.
3 times I have used them. 3 times I have had problems. The first time I took a brand new, never worn shirt to be laundered and pressed...it came back with spots on it, they had to do it again. I had the same issue the second time. This past time they ripped the RIVETED button off of my $115 Tommy Bahama Linen pants. When I pointed it out to them they sewed a button back on there...I wore them one time and they damaged them. Do not use this place.
