The room was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. The tv could be a bit bigger but otherwise a great choice of hotels. My only issue was they don't tell you there is a one hundred dollar deposit if your paying with cash. I reserved my room through the 1 800 number and the lady on the phone didn't say anything about a deposit.
Good location. Friends had a good experience there. Breakfast bag was better than expected. Didn't like the lack of pots and pans in the rooms.
The staff here are friendly and helpful. The rooms are mostly clean. The tub was dirty and the stopper broke. But that was fixed early the next morning by friendly and professional maintenance staff. They claim free wifi, but the free wifi is so gimped it's essentially worthless. You can pay for better, but I'd rather just go somewhere that doesn't partake in such games. I come up to Huntsville 3 or 4 times a year. Probably won't stay here again because I need the wifi for work.
First room we were given did not have clean sheets. Bathroom and kitchen floors were filthy. After shower used bathmat to wipe up water and it turned BROWN. Wet and rinsed mat, wiped floor and it again turned brown. Third time mat was yellow. Kitchen counter sticky. Not our level of clean, so very uncomfortable, rooms much smaller than appear in pictures. Will never stay at Extended Stay anywhere again.
Good location for Space and Rocket Center. Convenient access to 565. It's what you expect from an extended stay. Nothing special but it gets the job done. I haven't had any issues in my room, but teammates have reported roaches so be aware of that
