Very nice clean hotel in a convenient location on the east side of Redstone arsenal. Decent food options are somewhat nearby, but very few within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms seem brand new. Unfortunately this brand doesn't offer free breakfast (except maybe if you're gold or diamond status). All in all not a bad option.
So nice. Like being at home... if your home was staffed by friendly helpful people focused on your comfort and needs. EXCEPTIONAL staff, appointments and surroundings that contribute to the feeling your something more than a customer or guest. Clean, modern and quiet are a matter of course. I would rather be at home, but this hotel is a close second. THE best in this price range in Huntsville.
Quiet location and friendly staff. Lots of good food options close by. There was some road construction on 231 which made local travel a little slow. No complimentary breakfast, unlike most Hilton brands. That prevented a 5 star rating for me.
Everything was fine. Have to pay for breakfast which kind of put me off considering I paid more. But I should have read better on the website.
Quiet, nice rooms, in-house restaurant. Staff is pleasant. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because I called ahead to request top floor away from elevator and was told that's where they had me already. When I checked in I confirmed and they told me I was still there. Unfortunately the room was not on the top floor, and it was close to the elevator. However the room was still fairly quiet and comfortable.
