Pretty decent place for sleeping and seems clean as it is fairly new. We stayed at a home2 in Knoxville which was essentially the same thing but our one complaint is the continental breakfast doesn't have many options and is especially lacking on fruit. If they would improve this aspect than it would be 5 stars.
Room is very comfortable. Hvac works great and is not the typical keep you awake at night variety. Room has lots of cabinet space.

The suites here are amazing, much like an away home. Everything seems very new. I was impressed with a full size fridge, sink, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, and access to portable stove top with skillets. This has been my favorite hotel by far in years
Great and unique free breakfast. Suites we're comfortable and stylish. It even had a window shade that was vertical and actually covered the entire window (no cracks of light or outside voyeur s) Full kitchen setup for a great price.
