The rooms were comfortable and clean but the breakfast was kind of mediocre. However the breakfast situation is excusable considering the massive amount of people who undoubtedly came last minute due to Hurricane Irma
Homewood Suites has a Friendly staff, very clean rooms, is located within walking distance of restaraunts/bars etc, and is minutes away from shopping plazas and recreation area's. The pricing is very reasonable for the convenience of everything
It’s amazing how a few months can change everything. My first visit here was extremely nice, however this visit was a nightmare from hell!!! From my heat going out & coming back to THE BUMPING AND SMOKE COMING FROM THE ADJOINING ROOM! Front desk was nice enough to come in & spray febreeze around the adjoining door and in my room however does this fix the problem which caused my allergies to go nuts! Then I’m moved to another room to be awaken by the sound of doors slamming with door stops, the ppl above me in high heels not to mention housekeeping coming in on me saying they didn’t know anyone was even in the room! CAN YOU SAY NIGHTMARE! Never NEVER AGAIN, and a refund is DEF my next step! I came here for work getting in at 1-2 a.m. and then this! I’m not sure what has changed but it’s a nightmare! Sincerely EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!
Really like this place as far as extended stays in huntsville this has to be the better one and location I've found so far
