Spacious, had every thing you could think of to make you comfortable. Lives up to its claim of home away from home. Bed a little small and uncomfortable though.
I woke up and my garbage from BK was littered with literally hundreds of ants. I complained and asked to be moved. I was in room 221, the lady at the front desk then proceeded to tell me room 226 had complained about ants as well. I get moved to room 211. I kid you not, i just saw a cockroach! It went under the fridge once i turned on the light. I moved the fridge, it ran out and i killed it! I was still able to verify it was a roach! DO NOT STAY HERE! I TRAVEL A LOT FOR WORK, I HAVE NEVER WITNESSED SUCH AN INSECT INFESTATION!
The suite is great. It is very spacious, clean sheets. Comes with all amenities. I stay here when im in the Huntsville area.
The breakfast here is not good. Eggs are always raw and no variety. Rooms are ok but they don't do beds or wash sheets or covers unless requested. Better off going to somewhere else. Good workers just slow service. I asked for some blankets for my room and they NEVER came.
Considering the price per night, if you have an upgrade for your customer you should honor it. Get rid of the sugar ant from my kitchen. If your customer tells you the carpet is wet, really take a closer look at the AV that's causing it. Other than that, the staff is courteous.
