Great customer service, I think they charge a little too much for rooms price of room doesn't fit quality or room.
The place is falling down.. Management doesn't know how to manage anything.. Police are in and out of there.. Guns found under beds, drugs running rampant in the rooms and parking lot.. Prostitutes running in and out.. TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY
I have very low standards for hotels. Generally if it's reasonably clean, has a hot shower, and has staff that comply with minimal requests, I'm all good. This was above and beyond for not even meeting my low expectations. Incredibly rude staff. Ignored our do not disturb sign to enter room, proceeded to take our towels and not leave new ones. Made us feel like we were causing a problem when we asked a housekeeper for new ones ("That's not my job!"). We went to front desk and the person there acted like we were in the wrong for suggesting that our room should not have been entered, and was clueless when we requested new towels. Ultimately the not-my-job-housekeeper ended up getting us towels. Left with DND sign on door again, when we came back they had entered room again to leave more towels. Beds were also very uncomfortable.
Was decently clean for a motel, I believe. The sheets and towels were fresh. Location isn't bad for a motel, with plenty to eat and plenty of places to shop. The only good thing about breakfast though were the waffles you made though.
Absolutely GREAT,!!!!!I stayed here a French yers ago and it was not pleasant. My resent stay on the other hand was awesome!! They are under new management, and they have really turned the place around. The only thing I didn't like was no laundry on site. Other than that room was super clean, staff was above and beyond friendly. They accommodated all of my request with out attitude. Great staff great room and easy on the wallet. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY HERE!!
