Do not use this company. Very dishonest and zero integrity. I scheduled both of my containers to be delivered on the same day. Common sense right? Well, they are being delivered 4 days apart after we move into our new house. There was a mistake on an employee's part, but we have to pay the consequence. Evidently they don't sympathize with the fact we are having to pay movers. Now we have to pay double because only one container will be delivered on move in day. This company exudes theft by deception. Do not give them your money or your belongings. Unacceptable.

Delivered on-time, nothing damaged!!!! Would use them again if I ever move again!!!
Everything was delivered as requested. The quality of the PODS were excellent. The communication provided was excellent and was more than really expected. Would recommended them to anyone.
Don't acknowledge the "owner's response" under these reviews. As you can see, they asked for my info to look into the mistake that their company is responsible for. I immediately sent over all my info. I never heard back from them. They never even acknowledged my email. I am paying movers to come to my house tomorrow and PODS is only bringing 1 of my 2 units. Now I'm going to have to pay movers twice. This is just the beginning. I'm in real estate and will make sure to spread the word for NOBODY to ever use this company. The most dishonest company I've ever dealt with. All they had to do is bring both of my PODS tomorrow to avoid a lot of damage that is going to occur to their reputation when I'm finished. I want a refund. They lied about the services that they would provide. I agreed to use them only because of what I was promised on the days I was promised. If they don't have to keep up their end of the contract, neither do I.
Honest people. I had paid for the month of June but I only used 2 days and was given a refund for the hole month of June. Thx
