They're good if you need something to move with, reasonable prices. Especially with their competitors.
Horrible service and saying there was damage and there wasn't I wish I could go under a 1
They gave us a horrible truck, absolutely no steering! VERY DANGEROUS! We had to drive from Huntsville, AL to Oceanside, CA! I am not impressed at all with this company! Check your vehicles before you rent them out for an outrageous price to your customers! Horrible! We are a military family and we will be spreading the word that U-Haul is NOT the company to use or rely on! We are very open minded people, we don't usually write negative reviews, I hope this helps future personnel and the problem is addressed. Thank you for your time and reviewing this.
I needed propane for our heater tonight. The local place by me didn't have any certified to do it. I had called the s location and they could do it, but I figured I'd got to Tractor Supply and shop too. I drove to Tractor Supply in Huntsville and THEY also didn't have anyone could do it. Got to the UHaul, not only was the guy very nice and came right out before I barely got out of the car, THEY were .50/gal cheaper then TSC! Great place.
The time I was there I was at the store about 2.5 for nothing the lighting wiring didn't work with my 2007 Dodge truck. All time was wasted
