Man, these guys are great. They had a good attitude, good energy, and seemed like they wanted my business. They helped me make sure I got the right size truck, and didn't try to force sell me anything. I will definitely return to this location for my next move. Great job guys, thanks.
Really nice staff. They really were busy. They also did not have a truck we needed to move with so we had to use a van. I am not sure if we were charged the same or less or even more than what we wanted to use.
Great place, good service, they have pretty much anything you need for a hitch for a car, or truck, or moving, pretty good deals on the stuff, also serve propane as well.
I made a reservation online to pick up a truck On Governors on 8/19. I called the store to cancel and pick up the truck on 8/18. I was upset when I got there because they told me they did not have a truck available and my order got cancelled. I was informed that I spoke to the people at the call center and not the actual location. So I went to this Huntsville location and the guys here was amazing!! All 3 helped me when something went wrong. Awesome communication and teamwork. I would definitely recommend this location.
I needed my old wiring removed and new wiring put on, Willow knew exactly what to do and was fast. She is awesome. I highly recommend her and this store.
