1 star for the terrible sound system. This was my first time seeing a show here (my husband and I went to see Dwight Yoakam) the show was good but the sound was awful. All the levels seemed turned up too high. The bass was so high it made everything sound muddy. When Dwight would talk you could barely understand what he was saying. (I'm 34 and we were in the 3rd row so age and location weren't the issues) and at least once per song the wonderful squeals of feedback could be heard. It was disappointing to go to concert and not be able to enjoy the sound, which is the point of a show. I wouldn't go here to see another show.
5 stars for the cleanliness of the building, the staff and how smoothly and quickly lines moved.
