As a Christian & as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, I go to the Von Braun Center to attend either a circuit assembly or regional convention. The convention or assembly is a spiritual program with a scriptural theme. For example the convention for the 2017-18 year was titled, "Don't Give Up." The convention was about displaying endurance and it also helps you to build faith in the Bible. The Circuit assembly was titled, Don't Give Up in Fulfilling the Law of Christ which helped us to see ways to apply the counsel of the Bible as Christians. The themes change from year to year. But, aside from that, the location is pretty convenient. The building is very well maintained. The Von Braun Center is used for virtually anything. Graduations, sporting events, theater, ice shows, rodeos, circus, movies, concerts, etc... It's not hard to see why this building receives so much love.
Went to Jenifer Nettles concert. VBC nice but $ 10.00 to park ? Way to much after paying $120.00 for two tickets. The very worst concert I have been to. Sound system terrible. Could not understand anything she was singing. I really thought she would put on a better show.
I found out later that wasn't true. I don't understand why she was so difficult. VBCC needs better personnel!
The Huntsville Havok (Hockey team) play out of this venue. Generally speaking, that's why I come here. My family and I recently went here to see two games and enjoyed it very much. I especially like when they include jersey auctions to see what I could possibly get.n
Awesome venue! A long time staple of Huntsville! Love coming here to watch the Havoc play! Huntsville is growing fast and I am excited to see what they will do with the land that the old Coca Cola building was on!!

Home Free concert was exceptional! ! I couldn't believe how beautiful their Christmas songs were. I saw them 2 years ago & it is incredible how much better they are now. I did have a problem with the lady at the venue that scanned my ticket. I ask her for an easier way to my seat instead of the stairs she told me I had to take. I showed her the boot I am wearing for a badly sprained ankle. She very angrily told me I had no choice but to take the stairs.
