The sales floor associate was very helpful, and had good product knowledge. She was patient, kind, and pleasant. I always enjoy my shopping experience at the Carl T. Jones store.
We've had great service every time! Our puppy gets his trims from Ms. Karen. We love the way she treats him. Would recommend her for a first time trims/cut.
We just completed puppy training classes with our lab puppy Millie. Our trainer, Cat, did a wonderful job. We certainly learned a lot to go forward in continuing to train our sweet girl!
Purchased a dog pad holder online. When I went to the store to purchase pads they did not carry the size required. So I did a return, which they had issues trying to complete because it was an online purchase. I was only able to get store credit. I was given a register slip with a return amount and a gift card number but no gift card. Being that they did not carry the food brand we use and my dog was old and passed on we had no reason to shop there for anything. Today we went and tried to use the credit and was told it was too old for them to honor (8 months). And they asked for the gift card, witch I was never given. So basically I lost out on the money because they sold an item they did not support and did not do the return correctly and beware that the gift cards for returns do not have much of a life span. I usually do not post negative comments but this was poor business from the start.
Store gets crowded on the weekends so you must have patients when waiting in line.
Salon is really good. They are skilled pet stylist and they truly love all dogs and care very much about their well being. Very nice and professional. You can find any dog food (just about). Lots of toys and accessories for pets.
