My first time in and I was squeezed in. My tech and Vet were amazing! I absolutely loved them both. One staff member (heavy set blonde) was rude (reason for 4 instead of 5 stars). My partner and I drove seperate to see the vet because I knew I would have to leave. When it was time for me to leave, the blonde came out and ignored the fact I was even there. I finally asked her if I could leave my credit card information to be charged so my partner didn't have to pay and she replied, "I don't know I'm not taking care of them." I stayed out in the lobby knowing how ridiculous her response was and she returned to tell me "it won't be much longer you can stay" ... 1. I just asked if allowed to leave CC info to be charged- yes or no would have sufficed 2. I have a job (just like her)... her going to Dr Bradshaw saying "he said he has to go to work and wants to know how much longer" is unacceptable - ESPECIALLY WHEN I CAN HEAR IT, and all I wanted to know was if my card could be saved to pay for the services. We brought two vehicles for a reason. I just needed to know if I could leave payment information or if I needed to send money to my partner - no sense in being rude.
My mother and I love trusty vet! Our pets like it too! The environment is calm and the staff is very kind and helpful! It never feels like you're bothering them. It's always clean. Dr. Bradshaw and Dr. Pinto are absolutely wonderful and professional! My cat has health problems so we bring her here somewhat regularly and they've been so helpful. Check-ups are very in-depth and thorough. They never cut corners to get you out. The best vet in Huntsville! They also have two cats that hang out in the office and they're so cute.
Me and my fur babies LOVE Trusty vet!!! My babies are always well taken care of. Ive had to leave my Shadow dog, who is very scared of all things on more than one occassion and she is happy when i pick her up! My little Hobbes has seen Kathy for years now and he has stayed happy and healthy! I'd highly recommend them for pricing and great care for your animals!
Absolutely amazing staff.... And not the infection kind. These ladies know exactly how to handle every rough situation your best friend may be going through.
