Awful communication. Hertz needs to drop these guys because they are ruining the Hertz name. My car was great but a week after the return they added 'additional charges' without telling me what it was. Ive called five times and had my company call several times...no responses. I tried emailing the address they gave on their phone and it bounces back and seems to not exist.
Cars are fine, communication is poor. I wasn't told that I had to come at a specific time to pick up a car I "reserved" (if you call just giving your name a reservation) so I showed up too early...okay fine so I had to pay to upgrade to a pricier car. Miscommunication number two, I wasn't told what time the car had to be dropped off. Apparently it's the same time you picked it up, when I made the reservation all the girl told we was we close at 1:00pm on Saturday so I was charged an additional day. I finally found the drop off time mixed in with all the other stuff on the rental agreement. Oh and I started calling them at 7:30 this am to find out what time I needed to have the car back by and no one bothered to answer the phone.
This feels like a scam.
