Service department here is terrible. But sales has friendly staff. I have a 2017 Kia Forte, that had a taillight housing holding water. With only 4500 miles on the car, the service department said they "resealed" the housing... but it still had moisture in it. I took it to another Kia location around town (who replaced my taillight housing with NO PROBLEMS), and they called corporate because this location had glue stuck to the outside of the housing, and to my brand new car. I tried and tried to get in touch with the service departments management, every time the manger was either out with a customer, or out with a car... and the service writers assured me that he would return my call. I finally had enough of the run-around they were giving me... I called and insisted to speak with the manager, and I got my wish. He was rude to me and made me feel like my brand new car was the problem. I guess you get what you pay for. Lousy warranty, and an awful experience with the service department. I will not be back, and I urge all my friends and family not to buy from here, because of the terrible way the service department is run.
