Had a switch which was accidentally (from production / factory) that wasn't connected. Spoke with service personnel & Rick, described problem, and was scheduled for the service of this warranty repair. Rick the General Manager of service greeted me and confirmed info upon arrival, and I decided to wait at the Customer waiting area (expecting and was comfortable that I may be there for an extended time). After maybe 20 minutes, my name was called and I was greeted to my vehicle where it was explained of problem, and I was extremely satisfied and happy that these guys are a GREAT team and provide extraordinary service. I cannot imagine _any_ dealership and service providing this type of excellent service and taking such great pride and efficient management to connect the Chevrolet promise and delivering extreme satisfaction.
