We bought a bed and mattress from this store. One of the gentlemen there was very nice and helped us promptly after we walked in. As it turned out our order was not in stock for same day delivery and understandably it happens. We were told that our items would be delivered in 2 days from a third party vendor. On delivery day, we waited and waited all day for delivery but nothing so, my husband decided to call them at 745pm but the associate on the phone could not give us an answer on when our items would be delivered. This was the most frustrating part of my shopping experience at this establishment. I hope it get better for them because my in store shopping experience was good but when it came to delivery; it’s was mediocre at best.
This place is a joke. We walked in and no one said more than two words to us. We walked past the front desk twice and one guy was just looking at his computer and the other was on his phone, no help what so ever. The furniture is cheaply made and over priced.. If you're looking for good quality furniture and helpful sales people this isn't the place to go.
I had a very good experience here! Everyone was very polite and helpful and were more than willing to assist me in finding a very good deal for the furniture I was in need of. I will definitely be shopping there again for my future furniture needs.
