Hmm, they'll try to talk you into buying something u don't really need.. Everything they sale you on credit, will have 3 to 5 different kinds of insurance attached to it !! All paperwork is done on a tablet, so it's really hard to see what your signature too !! So therefore you won't really know what you signed, till you get an email with paperwork attached....
My sales rep - Terry Horton was so patient and nice. He explained everything and I had no hidden surprises or charges. He asked me what warranty options I wanted, which financing I wanted to go with, and he didn't pressure me into a bigger sale. They were great, quick, and painless. His manager was also very nice and patient.
The customer service was very good. They could be a little more.transparent regarding the extra costs/fees of financing but it was, all in all, a good experience.
Wish there was a zero star. We spent over $2000 on furniture. On delivery day the love seat console was obviously crooked and three of the four recliners weren't positioned correctly. It took six weeks for them to send a repairman. Less than four months in our home with no children or pets, just normal sitting in the recliners, and the fabric is separating showing the stuffing in two recliners. It's not covered because we didn't buy the extra warranty. Shoddy work and craftsmanship. I will never recommend this store. In fact I will recommend against it.
Delivery was the next day and the delivery drivers were awesome as well. They were very patient and nice, even though they had to take apart my new fridge to get it in the house, and put it back together without a hitch. I've already recommended to my friends!
I am so happy that I applied for financing at Conn's HomePlus and I am so happy that Terry called me to come in and check out the inventory. I was in need of new laptop and I can't believe the awesome deal that I got, left out with a new laptop and iPad and Terry was there the entire time helping my husband and me out!! I love that the prices are the same or less then retail stores also. Overall great experience and heading back to get another iPad!!
