My sister and I were looking for a dining room table for our parents and we found the perfect one with the help of Kelvin L. Maclin. The table is perfect and Kelvin’s help was beyond expectations. He not only helped us find the perfect table but also helped get an amazing price! Will definitely be returning.
-update: Delivery day came and they were missing a part of out bed. We were told they’d have it out by Saturday——then Monday——and now we are still waiting on it. This isn’t Debbie’s fault, but they need to get it together
Debbie was great! She greeted us immediately upon walking in and made sure that we were completely comfortable in our purchase. She didn’t make us feel obligated but she made sure we got what we wanted on the terms that we wanted. Fabulous!
Jennifer was very personal and professional as she helped me find the right bed for my 88 year old dad who was moving into assisted living. She guided me to the perfect bed which happened to be on sale. My dad loved the bed and it helped make the transition to assisted living a good experience. Judith Strickland was the best. She help me for about four hours, never saying a word about lunch, will we went around the store over and over. I finally found a couch and recliner that I liked and then off to find a bedroom set for my grandson, finally decided on one. Never found a kitchen table, that I went in the store to get but she was very patient the whole time. I greatly appreciate her for all the work and help she put forth. I will ask for her the next time I visit Ashley store. Thanks again Carol
Dustin C was a great help . Today my main goal was to see mattresses and decide which one I liked and now I know ill be back with my husband to make the final decision.
