I was on HCV program for 2 years . I started out so confused . My previous caseworkers Ms. Lewis and Brittany Spencer helped me a lot. My last one I had a hard time communicating with that's the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars . I also appreciate Leticha Caruso for being speedy with my portability. The landlord is in violation of a code, however, the department is harassing me, a tenant still in therapy learning to walk properly. I do not live at the property as it the landlord has refused to make it ADA compliant, yet the landlord has refused to allow me to be free of the lease with its unreasonably high monthly rent. It's utility cost are also unreasonable due to the poor condition of the property.
