So so slow and inconsiderate. I've seen molasses move faster in the winter. Love giving people the run around. Everyone needs to be fired and replaced with better people!!!!! And another thing, why have 100 available windows with only 5 open? Dumb!!!
Complete chaos. Unorganized. Everyone has a different understanding of the rules. Managers follow different policies. Save yourself the brain damage and go to Decatur. Not to mention the manager is rude
Nobody seems to know anything. I called one time,and the lady said very rudely, "I can't understand what you're saying ! " That's not professional. Also,they like to pass the buck around. You have to go to the office to ask a simple question. They should be able to answer certain questions over the phone.Not enough windows staffed.
I went in to change my name after our wedding, on a Wednesday when they close at noon. Got there at 10:30, had my paperwork ready, got a wait-in-line ticket and was out in no more than 20 minutes. Very professional atmosphere and a simple but nice waiting area.
Have been here several times, and have had a good experience and issues have been resolved. The only problem I have is with the parking, as there is not enough handicap spaces.
