I always use this location and skip the satellite station in the mall, have never had an issue. Don't procrastinate and go on the last day of the month or you'll be waiting in line for a little while.......And I saw another person leave a bad review about bringing a hobbling 90 year old in to get their license renewed but they were closed. Really? 90 and still driving?
These people are idiots. My husband came to register a car we purchased, but needed me there to sign. I woke up my child, came here while my husband waited in line for 30 mins for the second time only for her to say she was sorry, but didn't see that we needed a second signature from there seller. Something she should have caught the first time. This is not the first time we've had issues here. They hire people with no brains.
I wish I could give them zero stars because that's what they really deserve. I went in about 45 minutes before they close. I was the only person in the building and needed to renew my car tag. I spoke to a lady who from the moment I walked up to her looked down her nose at me and spoke to me condescendingly. It turned out that I needed to call to get some information in order to renew my tag. I explained to her that I was going to step outside and make the call and that I would be right back. I ended up being on the phone right up until the time they closed. During the course of my phone called the lady walked outside to tell me that they closed at five and I assured her that I was almost done and would be right back inside in order to renew my tag. During this time another woman walked in at 5 o'clock on the dot to be served as well. As I was walking up to the door the lady locked me out even though she saw me trying to walk inside. I knocked on the door to return her pen that I had borrowed and another lady let me in took the pen and I explained to her that the woman inside was helping me. She hollered over her shoulder to the woman to see if she wanted to continue helping me and the woman hollered back "Nope, I told her we close at five". It was 5:01 and she knew I was outside the entire time trying to get the information that she was asking me to provide. I guess if you make $9.50 an hour it automatically means you hate your job. Some people should never be allowed to work in customer service with the public.

I've called several times and have yet to be able to speak to an actual person. Hours on site apparently doesn't matter here. And then I tried calling 20 minutes after they were open and they were apparently "too busy" to talk to me. And there was no one at the place. I was parked outside in my car because it said there was no one there so I went there got curious and called. And still no one answered. Lazy workers apparently.
