The technician (Blake?) was very professional and a very friendly and helpful. His installation of my toilet was as expected and he showed me how to get the best performance out of it. He was neat and left me with nothing to clean up.
Called early on Monday December 11, they sent a technician out about 10. His name was Larry Beard, and I explained that I needed two toilets rebuilt and the shut off valve for each broken lose or released. Larry prepared a written quote and explained what he would do with and the cost of each choice. I told him my preference and he went to work. I left him to do his work, when he finished he came and got me to come and check it out. I did, everything exceeded my expectations. He had everything working and had cleaned up any mess. Mr. Beard was very professional and nice to work with, he explained everything and courteous.
Absolutely fantastic service every time. Knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, technically proficient. We've used HC Blake multiple times, from a whole AC unit replacement to plumbing....never anything less that satisfied. And if you are ever not satisfied, they will make it right. Recently had a tech named Chris (sorry, don;t know last name) help us with a plumbing issue - fantastic service, took the time to resolve the issue and answer every question I had.
Larry Beard did an excellent job isolating and repairing a plumbing leak. The office and Larry were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. Larry did great work and was very thorough. I will definitely use them again!
Our technician Bryan was excellent at maintaining a professional profile at our resident. He fully explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and he was polite and courteous to everyone. He was easy to talk to and did his work timely and would also knock or called our names to talk while he was in the garage while we were in the house. He is such a great technician and we would recommend him to our friends and family for work.
