Great service! Our A/C had stopped working and they had previously installed the unit. So I called them to check it our.Was originally told it would be after 7:00p before someone could come out (I called around 4:30p). However, by 5:30 they called and said someone was on their way. The service guy Adam was very helpful, listened to all I had to say then checked the unit. Turns out it was a simple fix. He even thoroughly checked the unit to make sure nothing else was wrong. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable.And because we had their monthly service plan for 16.00/mo their was no service charge. So far happy with their service!
It was a pleasure dealing with Lynn and Jesse. They where very professional and took time to explain things that I had not considered . I have used Hiller plumbing and electrical many times. I would highly recommend them. The recent electric repair that I had done was top notch with exceptional technicians. 5 stars
Jon did a great job installing a new water heater. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options. He kept me informed during the work. All of this on a weekend! My compliments to the call center operator as well. She was concerned with my problem and got back to me quickly. Hiller did a great job when I needed help. Thanks to all.
Had plumbing issues at my restaurant. Called them after seeing the reviews. Was told it would be guaranteed they would come out before I closed. Never showed up or called. Called them the next day and was told that one of their worker came by and talked to my manager and told them they didn’t have the equipment yet. Report was made and I should be happy my fee was waived for coming out. I was there the whole night and no one ever came so not only did the plumber lie on a report but customer service did not care. Don’t say you can deal with commercial plumbing and waste my night if you don’t have the equipment.

He was friendly, polite,, professional and explained everything to me, including some bothersome dust in one room. No one has been able or willing to ever tell me the cause before and I would definitely trust him to do the next phase if I decide to spend the money. You have a very good workman in him.
