Very positive experience! Within an hour of my first call, my hot water heater had been replaced at a reasonable price. They will definitely be my go-to plumbers from now on!
This team is extremely professional and were willing to fit me into their already busy schedule after explaining my leaking water meter situation; when every other business wanting to put me off for another 2 days and even Madison County Water blowing me off repeatedly. Even after adding me to their schedule, they arrived within the time frame given, were able to give me a spot-on diagnostic and price range over the phone as well. Very friendly and explained the entire process to me during the repair procedure...had me back up and running in less than an hour. Would DEFINITELY recommend and call again for any future needs.
My husband called Scott Plumbing and talked with Keith about changing out two toilets in our new home. Keith gave him the best price in town and didn't tell him they would have to charge a diagnostic fee to just do what he asked for installing the toilets. My husband called two other companies and they wanted to charge $59-99 for just a diagnostic fee. Cody came out the next day and installed both toilets in 1 hour. He was very professional and did a great job and even took the old toilets to the street since my husband had back surgery a couple months ago. I would highly recommend Scott Plumbing to anyone for their plumbing needs. Cody was extremely nice and was good about cleaning up after the work was completed. My husband will be placing a classified ad at his job for them.
Pleasant to work with and did really great work. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next business day, and their prices were very reasonable. They arrived on time and were able to locate and fix the problem much quicker than I expected. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality plumber.
