They sent their technician Patrick to help us and he was a life saver. He diagnosed our situation and told us a lot about our septic system we had no way of knowing. Technician (Chad) was on time, professional, did great work. I felt he went above and beyond quite literally since he spent an hour on my roof in the winter rain to clear my drain. I would without a doubt recommend them to a friend if they are having drainage issues. I've used the Huntsville Roto Rooter several times at multiple houses and have always been pleased.
My guest toilet was not draining out completely when being flushed. I made a service call this morning. Paul Woodall came out this afternoon. He was very nice,knowledgeable, and quick. He augured the toilet and pulled out a metal mixing ball from a shaker cup. My teenage son had dumped his cup from his protein shake a week ago not realizing the ball went into the toilet. Glad it wasn't anything worst lol. Overall, great service experience and reasonable price!
I actually was nervous my experience with them would suck to be honest, however I was pleasantly surprised. Chad came and didn't jump to the most expensive fix. He tried to fix the washer drain by checking it's like, then kitchen as whole, then finally main. Turns out main had rust and sludge, he and another gentleman names Radius, fixed it. They informed me my main is on last leg, and to monitor but didn't try to swindle me into doing it now, but rather watch it, and it has couple years left. I would use them again.
I have use Roto-Rooter for my father in law this summer to clean out his septic tank. It was around 4 pm and they did not hesitate to come out. They done a great job even help him dig to get dirt on top of tank close to the end, because he was elderly man. So i decided to call them back for my drainage problem at my house last week my water was not draining in my tub and was bubbling back up the commode so I call their office the morning afterward and spoke to receptionist she was very courteous and polite. Technician Chad Nelson came to snake out the tub and commode told me the price before starting and stated if he could not get it unclogged what he has to do next and price for that. He knew what to do and done it well the first time. Chad have a great personality, told me if I have anymore problems I have a six month warranty if it began to give me more problems he come back again to snake it.
