Applebee's was extremely busy today. It took the waitress approximately 25min. before she was free to take our order .They were very short of waiters /waitresses.
This is not good for the business at all.Work to do better. The food was very tasty and delicious in spite of the long wait.
By far the worst!! I've had better food and service from a 8 yr old girl with a easy bake oven and a tea party with myself and 4 freaking Barbie Dolls. The managers are very rude! The bartender Martin drinks behind the bar and the Managers do nothing about it so I contacted ABC board!
I am writing this review not because of the service, but how the managers treat the servers there! If you treat and talk to your employees respectfully they will do more, if you don't they won't do their job properly. The servers work for a minimum amount of money and rely on tips for their income, they shouldn't have to work in a setting like that and be talked to like they're worthless, positive reinforcement for your employees will make a better team. The servers get the food out to the customers, if they have a negative attitude because of management they won't respond well to the customer, which in turn, long story short, the server is the one at fault.....but a manager spoke to them ugly......which set the stage! Learn how to treat your employees with respect!

Food was okay. Service was fine. There was something floating in a glass. But with$1PBR draft. What can you expect?
