My first dine-in experience was great today the young lady who prepared my food helped me out a lot.the food was fantastic with plenty of flavor. I will definitely be coming back and I also took a burrito to go
Horrible customer service, and rotten food. The first time I received spoiled food, I emailed corporate, and they sent me 2 free items. I tried to use one about a month later, but ran into the same problems. Free food is not even worth going here.
I sat having lunch with my son who's 3. I had a burrito and he some tacos. On the second vocation, the steak was a bit spicy for him. I took it out and did my best. A gentlemen cleaning tables and such asked how we were doing, making note of my son's discomfort. He voluntarily made him 2 new tacos with just rice n cheese so he could enjoy his lunch, which he did.
When I moved back home to the Chicago area, Chipotle followed me there and we continued our great relationship...Living in the Bourbonnais area,..I missed them. But, just then, one opened there, and all was right with the world again..lol
I have been coming to Chipotle since 2001 when I lived outside of Denver. I would get a burrito and a drink, take my books and study in the hills overlooking Golden CO...
There was an unconventional manager there, a young lady that had made my day once. I am a nurse and has a very bad day. She had seen I wasn't feeling well and asked how my day was, I shared a bit of the day. She bought me supper and made me smile, just that little bit I needed that day. I had gone back many times since.
Once again, Chipotle staff making great food in a great atmosphere and making sure we were happy in their store. Well done people, well done.
Now living in Huntsville, Alabama, I found the local Chipotle here. And, without a beat, they are friendly, timely and always willing to help out. The facility is clean and well run.
Clean, friendly service, and great food for the money
Pretty good Chipotle. Could do a little better with cleaning tables and making sure drink area is clean and working properly.
