Went on a Friday evening, the restaurant was more than half empty. Server was nice but service was terribly slow, we waited over an hour. Husband ordered oysters, they were out. Ordered crawfish bread instead, they were out of that too. I ordered a glass of wine and had to ask for it again because it never came. Husband’s side dish finally arrived when he had nearly finished his entree. Food was mediocre at best, certainly not worth the wait. Manager apologized for our long wait, but we will not be returning.
My sister ordered shrimp pasta, they gave tons of pasta barely any shrimp on it, it was bland and cold.
The food and service were terrible, only three tables occupied and the waiter took forever, the food came out cold, I ordered fish n chips, tons of breading barely any fish.
Horrible experience. I was trying to impress an out of town guest. About 4 tables occupied, but still had to get the servers attention after waiting 15 minutes. Watched as 4 different servers waited on a table next to us. Bend corkscrew wouldn't work, out of ice cream, had to wait another 15 minutes after asking for a drink. Dinner for 3 was over $200. Needless to say, my guest was not impressed.
We will not be going again.
Loved this restaurant! Excellent customer service! The food was amazing, temperature was perfect, happy hour was a good deal, and dessert was so yummy! Spent my birthday here and they put a happy birthday on the menu and a family member requested my name on the marquee.
My husband took me here for my birthday this week. We had firecracker shrimp as an appetizer, I had the stuffed flounder, my husband had the fried platter, he had the chocolate cake for dessert and I had the creme brulee. Everything was delicious!
Greasy and cold, the fries were limp and cold.
The manager was nice and said that we come back and he will make sure our food is good, but why do we need an intervention, food should be good every time regardless.
Do not recommend and will not return.
My first and last time there, I have two stars for the place because it is beautiful, comfortable, and we'll put together.
