I was shopping today and noticed my ankles wamted to roll to the side, i look down and half my heel is missing on both feet. Shoes are barley warn.
The staff is helpful but the quality of their merchandise is not there.
Really great staff and I love the 2 for $99 deals.
Dont buy clarks, they fall apart,

I will never go in Clark's shoe store again. Be very careful about their "sales". They advertise 50% off the second pair but that's only for shoes already on sale, which are poorly marked as being on sale. In the whole store there may be a half dozen styles on sale. This is too close to bait and switch for me to do business with them.
Ive shopped here several times in the past with no problems. In the past few weeks I was looking to buy a replacement pair of loafers I love. They didn't have them in the store or online so I bought two pair that I thought would do online. Once I got them in I decided I needed the exact design I had and found them on another website. I decided to just take them back instead of using the free shipping label. The guy that was working was almost fairly rude and spent about 5 minutes inspecting the shoes (I received them the day before, I didn't even try them on). Then he proceeds to tell me that I need the email confirmation and the enclosed clarks receipt wasn't enough. I looked at him and stated that the piece of paper I gave him states thats all I need for a refund and I hope its not going to be a problem since the order number and barcode was on the shipping receipt. He then backs up and says "Oh, well do you know which card you used because this doesn't say!" I handed him my card and he finally finished it up. I know on slow days returns probably arent wanted, but don't make people feel they don't have enough to do a return.
