I'm only giving them a 1 because it was the only way I could leave a review. I sent my teen school shopping on tax free weekend. He bought his shoes from the Huntsville location in the mall. He came home and said mom they charged me taxes. I called to ask about it to see if they were doing the tax free weekend. The response was yes ma'am but, only got items $100 or less. I ask did they have a sign up letting customers know the response was I'm not sure ma'am but, I don't think so. Also, mind you there are no shoes there under a $100 and if there are they wouldn't fit my teen. I don't care if they don't participate in the tax free weekend or not my problem is they don't have a sign up telling you what they are participating and how it works. He would have gotten the shoes somewhere else for a lesser price. I think its sorry that the shoes he got today where on sale last week but, he waited to get them until he got paid and paid almost $100 more than he would have last week just because it's tax free weekend and if they were over $100 you got the taxes plus the non sale price as well.
Awesome shoes but pricey
Poor Customer service!!! My husband ordered shoes and paid $32.99 for overnight shipping. He received his shoes 2 days later. After speaking with Tony, the manager at Parkway Place mall location he informed him to call customer service to inquire about refund for shipping costs. Customer service then informed us that Finish Line does not even offer overnight shipping, the fee was for a 2 day shipping but the salesman did not inform my husband of that. The shipping costs almost doubled the amount of the shoes and Finish Line refuses to acknowledge their mistake and refund shipping costs. Very poor customer service and we will never do business with them again.
