This is a really modern store, in stock is great, merchandised very neat, fixtures very modern. They have the foot pressure point technology device to establish what insoles will benefit you. The customer service is not up to par with the rest of the New Balance stores I have visited. The store is very clean, parking can be a hassle, when you decide on shoes, they try to sale you a very generic insole instead of fitting you with proper insole. I would recommend this store for your next shoe shopping experience.
Very friendly and helpful staff here. Parking can be rough at times due to the restaurants surrounding this store always being packed. Would have given 5 stars except for the fact that they are a franchisee store and can not always make exchanges for items bought online. Only if the specifically carry that item.
If I could give this store negative stars I would. Why have a store with that much square footage if you only have 5-7 models and quote "we have more colors and sizes online". Men's sizes start with a size 10; I get there are fewer men who wear smaller sizes but still.... Plus the employee's atitude was kinda along the lines of not giving a rat's ass about us being interested in buying but having no sizes or Colors available. New Balance can try all they want, never gonna reach the staus of Nike or Adidas, at least not in Huntsville, not with this store & staff.
