The shoe selection was great but unfortunately the customer service I received from the two ladies was VERY horrible. The first associate that approach me stared me down so since she was not going to speak I decided I would. She then said "hi" and proceeded to roll her eyes. Many other things occurred but I just decided to keep it short and simple. Probably won't be coming back any time soon.
Usually always find a good deal here. Sometimes the staff is less than friendly though
A woman's dream store! Nothing but shoes! And shoes they have...for every single occasion! I have always been able to find exactly what I was looking for at this store with ease! Due to the variety of inventory you are bound to find a style just for you. The prices are a hit and miss though, sometimes it's a great deal but, sometimes you're gonna pay a little more. Overall...great store!

Shopped online, their website wanted to charge me twice for expedited shipping. Reward cards they wouldn't honor because they were out of the gift with purchase (received them in the mail yesterday). Tried their "chat", representative never came on line. Was on hold (phone) with customer service for 22 minutes. Person who helped me was rude and couldn't resolve issues. Will not shop online here ever again.
