I found this place by luck, but what a find! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the prices are excellent. Do not waste your time and money at the big box store over in Jones Valley if you are looking for equipment. If I had found this place earlier I would have saved hundreds building my garage gym.
I bought a $1200 spin bike. It did not work correctly. They sent someone to fix and it still did not work correctly. I asked to have the bike returned, and I was told they would have someone scheduled to pick up the bike. That was about 2 months ago. Greg the owner keeps saying he will check on the pick up and call me right back, but then I hear nothing.
I am not located in Alabama so can not easily drive the bike back to them. SO disappointed and mad that I am stuck with a $1200 lemon.
The elliptical was delivered and assembled on time. Since I already had the area prepared for their arrival, it took a little over an hour to assemble and ready for use. I stood on the machine and they had to move it back a little for me to not hit the fan. They hauled off the refuse which saved me from dragging it out to the curb on trash day...

I had been researching them for a few weeks and explained to him what I was looking for, how much I was willing to pay, and what my intent was (losing weight). He showed me top of the line equipment as well as other cheaper equipment but suggested the best deal and most popular for me to do more research. I left with plenty of information and did more research on the equipment and how it ranked against other ellipticals in that same price range. I found that it was comparable. I returned the next day and the gent that helped me, made sure that Johnny got credit for the sale. These are a bunch of nice guys and if you are looking for fitness equipment, I would highly suggest a visit.
