SCAMMERS AND CROOKS! DO NOT BOOK! They charge you one price up front then discreetly bill your credit card for $125 in "miscellaneous charges". Car was returned clean and full tank of gas. Doesn't matter. Car was returned on a Saturday before time when the lot was closed. Yet my card was billed for the price quoted plus the miscellaneous charge on the day it was scheduled to be returned. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

My husband and I rented a car from this location. When we came to pick up the car, we asked whether we could extend our reservation if it became necessary. We were assured by Renee (employee #00883) that all we had to do was call and extend the reservation and the original rate would apply. Upon returning the rental today we were charged FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a week's rental. Renee claims that even though she said all we had to do was call and extend the reservation, there were still late fees and extension fees that apply. Additionally, she claims that whomever my husband spoke to when he called did not actually extend the reservation. She never apologized for not making it clear we'd be charged addditional fees or on behalf of her colleague who did not extend our reservation when we called. I highly advise against doing business with this establishment since these are the kinds of people they have in their employment.
