Rented a truck as my truck had to go to body shop after an accident. Requested a Ford Truck - They were able to accommodate. Picked up the truck as I was in a huge hurry. Drove out of the parking lot and turned around as it was dirty and the smoke was overwhelming. They gave me another Ford truck and it was perfect. Understand no one is perfect and this location is very busy. Have rented before with nothing but great results.
I was beyond amazed with the A+ service :-) from beginning to end, they made sure to take care of me and worked around my schedule. The car I was provided with was amazing as well! I really enjoyed the service, the real personal experience, and I definitely will be looking forward to renting from them in the future! Thanks ☺

I didn't even have to open the door the staff was so friendly and personal in a good way. They gave me a fabulous car, clean and the process was so quick. I was literally out in 10 minutes, I'd definitely get rentals from this location! It was so stress free
I made a reservation while on my phone while sitting in the lobby. Two minutes later my car was ready and I drove to Texas. The car was clean but needed an alignment and pulled badly. They knocked $15 off the cost of the already discounted rental making my total cost about $120 for an unlimited millage rental for 4 days. I was worried I would be charged because it was pulling to the left and be blamed for damaging the car but I was not charged, they were sympathetic and discounted the price further! Great people, great experience. A+ 5/5 stars, would recommend and rent from then again!
