Great trail along the ridge with several good overlooks to the east and west. I suspect sunrise over the valley to the east would be spectacular. I'll be going back to find out.

Parking lot has plenty of space, trails are well maintained, marked, and mapped. The 10.5 miles of trail offer a variety of terrain and over 1,000 feet of elevation change. Views from the spine of the mountain looking out over both valleys are legit

Beautiful walking trail in the Hampton cove area. There are few other trails that intersect in this area. Nice stroll and decent workout.
