If I am having to wait 45 minutes for my food, I don't mind, as long as it's fresh - hot foods hot, cold foods cold. I've been in the food industry for a long time and I can tell the difference (who can't) if my food is fresh. Better yet, I was a certified cook in the Navy...much as I love eating here, I have no problem letting the health department know that you have cooks/employees not ensuring the proper temperature of the food. Will not be eating here until this is resolved.
Me and a couple of friends were eating at Cracker Barrel on Saturday,December 23rd. I ordered the roast beef dinner and have noticed that the roast beef was sitting there for a while and it was cold. I understand that around the Holiday season that it's a very busy time of year but I do expect for my food to be fresh and hot. Next time that I find my meal is cold, I'm going to get my money back and eat somewhere else. Can you all please fix this? Thanks would gladly appreciate it! This was around 3pm the server forgot some biscuits and a few other items. Our server was very polite even though he forgot a few things we left him a decent tip due to his friendliness. In light of the holiday spirit, we did not ask for a refund for the lesser quality of the service but next time, we'll ask for a refund!
This place was a nice and comfy place, but when I was there it took FOREVER for the waitress to take my order! On top of that I didn't even get any comementy drinks for me or the rest of the people that I was sitting with! ON TOP OF THAT my utensils were EXTREMELY REVOLTING, there was all kinds of hard little bits and pieces of food from the other people before me. IT WAS THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE!!! After all that I still was charged for EXTRA DRINKS, and BISCUITS!!!
My dinner at Cracker Barrel was absolutely fantastic! The waitress was incredibly friendly, kind, quick, and attending for the entire meal. The food was delivered promptly and was very tasty. The Cracker Barrel has a good environment too. Overall, an excellent experience, 10/10, I will be stopping by again.
Great Food selection for all types cooked just like your grandma's favorites! I had a wonderful lady that was great with our orders of 11 people including kids. We were seated within 10 minutes and our food arrived 10 minutes later with all orders exactly how we wanted them! Super Impressed with this cracker barrel! I will be back and if anything ever changes with my service I will always update my review accordingly.
