Got the drive thru order mixed up. Had to go in. The place looks super clean and bright. It might just be me, but honestly, even the second time around although it was"right" I just didn't like the food. Burger was not hot nor the fries. Staff seems nice enough, I still didn't bother to take the order back again. Just not worth it.
Food was good but the cheese wasnt melted. The buscuit was amazing. Customer service wasn't real pleasant. No suggestive selling and as I asked for an ultimate buscuit, the window person just said we don't have those anymore. No suggestions on what is close to that . Come to find out, she was the manager. Good stores begin with good managers.
Always mess us the order. Leaving items off, almost raw bacon on burgers, enough mayo it looks like the dipped the whole burger in it. Hands down the worst Hardee's location I've ever seen.
Good customer service just didn't like the food. First time that I tried the burrito bowl.
Food is always nasty and cold.. also they wanted to charge me $2.39 for a large water. The people there are rude and I just left.
