I've given them my information for my rewards card several times and I don't know if their system is messed up, but it never registers me number/email.

I want to give this place five stars, but the employees behaviors are keeping me from it. It's awkward being asked over and over if you need help. When they do it to the point of making you feel like you're being followed or using "aggressive hospitality" to warn you they're watching you. I go in, go straight to the clearance wall, select a shoe, try it on, and pay for it. Not sure what I'm doing that makes me so suspicious.
I only shop for my family's shoes here and nowhere else.

Its grate the employees are so nice and helpful they have very good prices
On a positive note, they have great clearance. We get all of our athletic work shoes here. Other prices for regular shoes are pretty standard.
