I know that we came in 40 minutes before closing (they closed at 6pm today) and it took us around 30 minutes to gather shoes for my 4 children. Ten minutes to closing she told us that she was closing the doors in five minutes. I said that is fine, we're done with a smile. She glared and rolled her eyes and asked how many we needed from the back. I told her there were two of our selections that only had one shoe in the box. She started talking to the other employs, then she asked me again how many, to which I politely repeated 2. She said that my tone was unnecessary..... I have never given a less than 4 star Google review until today. The only reason I am not giving a 1 star is because they do have an excellent selection, just horrid customer service.
