It's where beer fest is. It's clean and has a nice layout. Would go again

I just loved bringing my two boys to the train depot! My boys are 4 and 2 so we didn't do the actual museum part, but they loved going in and out of all the big trains. The air conditioned play room with smaller trains and toys was a nice break from the hot sun and helped our 4 year old (who has mild autism) settle down and transition to the big trains(which he was scared of at first). My husband and I had fun climbing on things too!

The grounds are fun and peaceful and the museum holds a plethora of knowledge and stories dating back to the Civil War. Also, the building is haunted by ghosts.

I would recommend this place for families. Kids will love this place.

We visit here to celebrate Veterans Day. We enjoy the the Veterans Day Parade and the unveiling of the Visions for Vets Mosaic each year. This represents all US veterans.
